We are BSC Marketing B.V.. We respect your privacy and private life, but sometimes our customers need your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain which data they most often use and how we save, protect and process this data. Please note, that when you receive emails via our products, you need to comply with the Privacy Policy of our customer. They are in charge of your data, we facilitate them. This privacy policy therefore applies to our website www.peppermail.co (the "Website) and the services that we offer (the "Services"). We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (the "Relevant Legislation").

To offer our Website and Services we process personal data. "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined in the Relevant Legislation.

We can store your data at various moments, for example when our customers use our Services or when you contact us. We are allowed to process your data because our customers have asked your permission via their privacy policy. We have a data processor agreement with our customers in place.

What data is most often collected and how do we our clients use your data?
Most often, our clients use the following data:

• Your age
• Your date of birth
• Your gender
• Your address
• Your residence
• Your phone number
• Your e-mail address
• Your payment details (if applicable)
They can also store other (non-personal) data after you’ve given the necessary consent. We are not responsible for the consent that you’ve given to our customer. If you however request us to reach out to our customers on your behalf, you can file your request via hello@peppermail.co.
Market research
On behalf of our clients, we may ask you to participate in market research. We shall use your data for the market research. We use that statistical data anonymously for BSC Marketing B.V.. You can close the question list at any moment. We do not make your answers publicly available.
Orders
For the orders of our clients we need name, e-mail address, address(es) and payment details. We will register, save and process those details to process your order efficiently and correctly. If necessary, we will also use that data for a subsequent guarantee. While processing your order we provide our supplier Mailcamp B.V. with relevant data.
We will only use the personal data for the purposes listed above or any other purpose that is connected thereto. This way, this data will never be used by us in an unexpected way.

With whom do we share your personal data?
Processors
We may share your personal data with others. In a data processing agreement, we shall agree with those parties that they shall use your data carefully and they shall only receive the data that is relevant for their services. These parties use your data in accordance with our instructions and not for their own purposes. We can share your data for example with Mailcamp B.V.. They will take care of the storage of data and system maintenance. These parties are "processors" within the meaning of the Relevant Legislation.
Transfer
We will only process your data within the European Union. We will only process your data outside of the European Union if the country has an effective protection level for your data.
We will never transfer your data to other countries or other parties then described above.
